It is an expression of how you feel,
A release of your emotions.
Someone once said,
“Expression not Depression”!
Allow the tears to flow when they come,
You’ll feel better for the release.
Don’t hold them in,
Let them out,
Then you can let them go.
You are human and human beings feel.
So allow yourself to express how you feel.
