Reflecting on 2022
This is often at time we reflect on the past year and think of how we would like to experience the year ahead.
When reflecting on the past year we can dwell on what we did not achieve and the tough times of the past. I would encourage you to focus on what you have gained from the experiences you had. So instead of focusing on the pain experienced focus on the inner strength and resilience you gained, how you kept going and made it through the year. Appreciate and celebrate yourself for all the progress you know you have made even if no one else sees it or acknowledges it. Congratulate yourself for all the ways in which you have grown in adapting to the changes happening within you and around you. Celebrate the amazing wonderful you in a way that you love.
